SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Art–Zoo Store. The following terms and conditions contain useful information regarding your order.

All prices listed are in USD. 

Order Processing
All orders are processed and packed at our distribution center in Taiwan. We aim to process all orders placed through our website within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
 
During peak seasons, we receive a high volume of orders and may take an additional few days to process your order.
 
Delivery Charges, Duties & Taxes
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via EMS’ tracked delivery service.
We ship internationally with a few exceptions. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that we ship all orders Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), so you may be charged for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, and / or customs clearance fees levied by the country you are shipping to. Payments of these charges may be necessary to release your shipment from customs.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you an estimate of these charges because they vary widely around the world. Please contact your local customs office for more information about any additional charges you may be required to cover.

Delivery Times & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email contains your tracking number, which will be activated within 24 hours.
 
Please expect your order to take 14–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive. Orders shipped during peak seasons may take longer to arrive. Should your order be significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or telephone.
 
* COVID-19 update: Shipments may be delayed depending on your city’s regulations and potential disruptions to postal services. Please allow for an additional few days for your order to reach you during this time.
 
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds and exchanges at this time. All sales are final upon confirmation of your order.
 
If you have any concerns regarding the item(s) in your delivered package, please contact us at info@artzooworld.com within 5 days from the date of receiving your order, and include your order number in the email. We will follow up with you as soon as we can.

 
Damages
Art–Zoo Pte Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for verification, and contact EMS to file a claim.
